Stake Sourcing LLC (“Stake Sourcing”, “we”, “us”) provides outsourced customer service operations to business clients. This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://www.stakesourcing.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, role, work email, company, phone number, indicated ticket volume and the content of your message.
- Technical information. Our web server records the IP address, browser user agent and timestamp of requests for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations that apply to us.
Our legal basis for processing enquiry data is our legitimate interest in responding to a business request, and, where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business — for example our hosting provider and email provider — under contracts that restrict them to processing on our instructions, and with authorities where we are legally required to do so.
Client end-customer data
When we deliver support services, our agents may process personal data belonging to our clients’ customers. In that context we act as a processor on behalf of the client, under a separate services agreement and data processing addendum. This policy does not govern that processing — please contact the company whose support you contacted.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing client relationship or by law. Server logs are retained for up to 12 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@stakesourcing.com. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Enquiry data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and made available only to staff who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our controls regularly.
